Scope

• Additive OSRM route geometry/metrics support in driver route experience.
• App model/rendering/tests for route geometry/metrics and tab/scenario validation.
• Synthetic validation data matrix and Android production-server smoke checklist.

Non-goals / safety gates

• No auth redesign or bypass.
• No real production data direct edits.
• No order/payment semantic changes.
• No real admin backdoor/session loader enablement.
• No UI redesign or auto deploy.
• Do not preserve/build on the existing dirty AppRoot.tsx admin backdoor diff.

Acceptance criteria

• Server/API provides optional route geometry/stop points/metrics contract or safe null fallback.
• Driver app consumes and displays optional metrics without breaking existing route/proof flows.
• Synthetic tab/scenario matrix covers Pending/In Progress/Completed equivalents.
• Android production-server checklist is complete and safe for synthetic data only.
• Fresh lint/typecheck/test/build evidence is reported or blocker documented.
