Coordinate a broad driver-app UI/UX revision pass across the current mobile route workflow.

Target repo

• Driver app: EVNSolution/clever-driver-app

Scope

• Review and refine the current Home, Routes, Route Details, map preview, route-start/progress CTAs, bottom tabs, Profile, empty/error/loading states, spacing, typography, and Korean/English driver-facing copy.
• Keep the current server route preview / native map / pickup-start flow intact unless a UI fix requires a small behavior adjustment.
• Prioritize real Android device usability using the connected SM-N981N dev build as the immediate validation target.

Safety gates

• No API contract changes unless explicitly documented.
• No auth/session bypasses.
• No production data mutation for visual testing.
• No new design dependency unless separately justified.
• Keep branch work reviewable; split if the UI pass becomes too broad.

Initial validation target

• Local static checks: workspace/typecheck/tests/lint after edits.
• Android physical-device smoke screenshots for the changed high-value screens.

2026-07-14 execution order and boundary evidence

Executed in the user-required order:

1. Server authentication/account changes were verified, merged in Keep route editing responsive as complexity grows shopify-clever#136, and deployed successfully through production workflow 29313951956.
2. A production backup was created at /mnt/clever-delivery-postgres/backups/daily/20260714T072011Z; all 7 legacy driver rows were deleted while routes/orders were retained and driver links cleared.
3. Driver app commit 8ddb4b6daa7695d6f7d3ac682107aa591ce01dbf implements phone + PIN login, first-registration invite + forced PIN, account/route token separation, deleted-route cache removal, version 1.0.0, native Android source, and current UI/UX revision.
4. App verification passed: 241 tests, typecheck, lint, native release preflight, Android/iOS bundle export, APK/AAB build, and physical SM-N981N smoke.

Explicit exclusion

Shopify signup/invitation creation is not performed by the app, server change, or agent automation. No Shopify signup/invitation request was sent. The user owns and will manually execute that request for real first-registration testing.

Final driver-app PR head is d5621ca7c82a5a164f9698aa73bf7f273bcb05b6. The additional commit resolves manual CI audit findings and aligns Expo SDK 56 patches; APK/AAB were rebuilt and physical-device launch was rechecked.
