Move from Shopify-centered app/runtime to WordPress/WooCommerce integration.

Scope:

• Preserve delivery server and driver mobile contracts.
• Track repo split, EC2/EIP, Route53, Woo access, and tenant/order identity work.
• Canonical endpoint target: https://clever-route.cleversystem.ai.

Blockers / gates:

• Woo API/webhook/plugin authority.
• Tenant/order schema compatibility.
• shopify-clever pre-split state preservation.
• clever-driver-app WIP preservation.
• No AWS/EC2/DNS mutation until separate infra execution approval.
