Currently, if a user dedpulicates a large number of citations and later wants to add another database/source there is no way to do this other that running through the full auto/manual deduplication again with the original citations files. It would be extremely helpful to allow a user to add a source file and dedup that as if it had been part of the initial set to avoid the potentially significant manual deduplication process.
