Fix: Gordon doesn't open the service

💻 Repro

We recently created new BC27 service instances. On the PROD server, everything is working correctly.
On the TEST server, the services are accessible via the web client, but when attempting to list the apps using Gordon (version 4.0.17), the message “No data to show” is returned.

As a temporary workaround, the IT team created a new service on the PROD server pointing to the TEST database. With this setup, we are able to install the apps successfully.

🤔 Expected Behavior

We would appreciate your support in identifying the issue affecting the TEST server, so that it can function correctly without relying on this workaround.
