Run a small scheduled OSRM lifecycle integration #92

Outcome

The canonical Python OSRM lifecycle is exercised end to end against the smallest practical official region on scheduled Linux infrastructure.

Scope

  • replace the legacy Peru integration with canonical liechtenstein
  • prepare/start/query/stop/clean through OSRMManager and OSRMClient
  • retain a strict workflow timeout and failure diagnostics
  • keep Docker out of normal PR tests

Acceptance criteria

  • no country-scale Peru download is part of the integration suite
  • the scheduled job uses the pinned official image and canonical catalog URL
  • route distance and duration are positive
  • owned container, prepared data, and PBF are cleaned in finally
  • Docker diagnostics are preserved after failure

Local execution evidence is not available on the authoring host because Docker is not installed; the scheduled/manual GitHub runner is the acceptance environment.
