Automatic dataset recommendations

Description:
As a user, I want to receive suggestions for related datasets when I am viewing a dataset, so that I can easily discover similar content that may interest me.

Details:

• When entering a dataset page, a block with “Related Datasets” will appear below the description.
• The system will display other datasets with similar authors, tags, or communities.
• Those with the most downloads or most recent ones will be prioritized.

Visual example:
I am viewing the dataset “Feature Models for Software Product Lines” → at the bottom, I see recommendations such as:

• "Variability Models for Mobile Apps"
• "SPL Datasets from Industry"
