Support multiple items in a single source file

As an functionista, I'd like to bunch bags of lil' functions together in a single source file.

If you edit something that comes from a multi-file, you see the entire multi-text. Insert a new item and it gets defined and saved as such. Remove an item from a multi-text, it gets deleted and the file updated.

This would introduce disproporionate cost for very little gain. It would require overhauling the sync parser while breaking compatibility with plenty of tools and user commands that rely on the strict 1:1 file-to-function mapping.

Also, this solves an organizational problem that APL already addresses natively with Namespaces. They are the correct abstraction for grouping related logic, offering superior scoping and encapsulation compared to file-based bundling.

Finally, the current 1:1 model aligns perfectly with Git workflows, ensuring atomic commits and minimizing merge conflicts. Merging unrelated changes in a single multi-function file causes potentially unnecessary friction in a collaborative development enviromnent.

My conclusion: The added complexity would outweigh the convenience of fewer files.

• Namespaces do not allow grouping without it affecting names.
• People in today's world expect multiple functions in a single file.
• It is convenient to be able to distribute a "workspace" as a single file.
• For those that use the style of bags of very small functions, opening one editor window per function is simply not sustainable.
• The interpreter already supports multiple items in a single file.
• Shell scripts are already multiple items in a single file, and should be 1st class source files too.
• Git handles insertions and deletions from a single file just as well as the addition and removal of a file.

That said, maybe it isn't worth complicating Link at this point. Hopefully, Link-like functionality will soon be an integral part of the interpreter, and it already handles multi-files.
