[Purposal] Dynamic Workflow aka Ultra mode

Proposal

Implementing Dynamic Workflow in dotcraft would be very easy because we have a natively extensible and open SDK.

Prerequisites

To facilitate the main agent in writing the Graph, TypeScript and Python SDKs are clearly more suitable, and they need to be released (currently only the dotnet SDK is released).

Rename Graph Engineering to Dynamic Workflow which is more suitable.

After research, the current solution is to introduce a JS interpreter (https://github.com/sebastienros/jint), with the SDK serving only as a higher-level wrapper.
