Feature: Manually Create Event

Users can create a new event by filling out the event details. Probably need to think about how to design the form, because sometimes events can have multiple times. If that is the case we need a nested form where users can add more time if needed

Maybe we can even send a dormspam that contains the event, with the body text "dormsoup@mit.edu on behalf of <user_name>", with a "reply-to" header that is the user's email

Maybe events created this way can look special in some way to incentivize people to come to our website and create events
