feat: container image for ollama with rlama included

docker images for ollama, but since ollama has different image bases for AMD, NVIDIA, etc (check [here](https://hub.docker.com/r/ollama/ollama)), using these as base and just install rlama there. pretty simple, if anyone wanna take it up
