update README for various OS users

It could be a while to have the set up for various OS users(I assume). But it is good to mention in the README, the type of OS and its prerequisites, s/w libraries to be installed etc for developers to start with.

I think the only thing missing from the README.md is the installation of python, which is usually available by default in all the machines.

@sebinjohn we will have to update README.md and include Makefile usage. Also prior to ansible-playbook command we should add instruction to disable ansible host key checking. @sujeshchirackkal I have added instructions for Ubuntu users here. Will add one for RHEL derivatives. Let the README.md be generic.
