i can setup one and make a pr, i had it setup the following way:
Audio original > german > english
Subs german > english
Orignal+ sub is preffered over dubs only

I think this repo is primarily about the configuration as-is provided by Trash guides, just converted into a profilarr compatible format.
Thus, I'd avoid adding non-Trash custom formats here.

Did you use the German Anime baseline and just adjusted the language scores to your needs?
Then I'd suggest to add a PR just for the Trash-derivated formats in this repo.

If you additionally want to share your 'OG > DE >EN' language setup, I believe it would be best kept in a separate repo.

actually i had it setup using notifiarr and used the standart german anime profile and just tweaked it slitly to get my result and since i redone my complete arrstack( without any backups) i would be setting it up completly from scratch in profilarr now, since it doesnt have any german anime profile yet but atm im not realy motivated enough XD
