Error when exporting Structure.xml with joints

When trying to export with a joint attached to a weld, I get the following Error

-- Unable to convert: #(0,0) to type: String

Steps to Reproduce

• Weld a part to the c_Body
• Attach a joint to that part
• Export (It should export fine)
• Rotate the joint to set the axis
• Re-try export (Error should come up)

This seems to break the export, if I remove the joint, the error doesn't go away.

Verified it is something to do with the joints, by reloading, verifying structure export and adding a joint again.

Joints might be a red-herring, I'm getting this error without them now.

Narrowed it down to the Wheels. When I re-convert the wheel nodes to fix the placeholders. That's when the error comes up on export.

Narrowed it down to the Convert to Wheel tool
If I create new wheels, it doesn't seem to have an issue.

Turns out it's not just the Convert to Wheel tool, Create has the same issue

Will branch the wheel scaling into a separate issue. There is an issue with the joints after rotating them.
