Maxscript menus currently do not appear to support the Structure.xml data for > 4 wheels.
This is much lower priority than Part I & II
Needed Functionality:
Main UI -> Tools -> Car -> Wheel Tools
1] Option to create a set of >4 wheels (6,8,10, etc)
For positions of the nodes, there could be default values for 12 wheels, and it just uses the ones it needs?
