[BUG] Image scrap

Describe the bug

When upload a profile picture image and scrapping it, the returned image afterwards is not cropped as expected and is also not displayed as it should

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login
2. Go to profile information
3. Click on the image 'Choisir' button
4. Place your profile picture as you'd like it to be
5. Click on save 'Sauvegarder'
6. Reload the page
7. The profile picture is not scrapped correctly

Expected behavior

The image should be scrapped to perfectly fit the profile picture circle and that's all. Here the image is smaller but not scrapped at all
