Shape (from §12): one session, 2–3 SMEs with J-2/J-3 backgrounds, ~1 hour, structured around the Stage-1 demo moment (K10's refusal, K8's waiver trail, the band pill on a live S1 table) plus free exploration. Fixed questions: Does the band pill read as honest or as hedging? Is the refusal legible as discipline or as obstruction? Would you trust the waiver trail?
Capture rule (the point): every reaction bearing on a thesis or principle lands in docs/assay-findings.md within a day, verbatim where possible; challenges to decisions become register candidates. A session producing no ledger entries is a session that wasn't listened to. No thesis concludes without at least one checkpoint having seen it (findings ledger §2).
