Add support for builds in folders

Hi,

For various reasons we have chosen to use the Folder plugin and to organize our builds in folders. Unfortunately Kato does not seem to support selecting from subfolders. This would be a most welcome feature.

I am unfamiliar with the Folder plugin, could you explain your use case a bit more? Would we need some kind of tree view to expose a folder structure? Can you select any jobs at the moment?

Yes,
The folder plugin lets you organize your jobs in 'folders' much like a file system. The jobs will get a path as its name, i.e. folder/folder/job.

However, I solved the issue after I had been playing around with CCTray. I tried to add the view as a server in Kato and behold, all my jobs (in the view) was visible and selectable. Problem solved.

I do have a question though. I can no find a way to remove a server once added.

I have some other improvement ideas as well but I'll get back once we have evaluated the use of Kato. If we select Kato as our primary tool for monitoring Jenkins I might be able to spend some time writing up my ideas and perhaps even contribute to the development if you are up for that.
