Could read_csv be gotten to work in the SQL-window?

read_csv("<csv_data_file>") when run in the SQL window currently does not work and returns "nvalid Error: NetworkError: Failed to execute 'send' on 'XMLHttpRequest': Failed to load '".

wasm issue 1172 may be related. Dunno.
