Add Superset SHOFCO to the list of `dailybackup` jobs

An entry needs to be added to dailybackupdeployments.yaml for the Superset SHOFCO RDS

And the schedule set (via the UI?)

Once this is done correctly the new deployment will appear at https://prefect.dalgo.org/deployments?deployments.tags.name=dailybackup
