Allow dbt to connect to a Postgres warehouse through an ssh tunnel

Can this be done in our @flow functions?

• Open a tunnel in flows.dbtjob
• Update host=localhost and port=tunnel-port in the DbtCoreOperation.dbt_cli_profile
• Call dbt_job.run()
