Allow to update tags and work types

Songs (and works) can be updated, but not tags, nor work types. This would nice as it is not possible to edit them on the front.

This requires to have /retrieve/ routes almost everywhere on the server, making this non-REST exception common. I think a better way should exist.

Passing a query string parameter target=feeder to the views and changing their behavior from it could solve the problem (see point 6 of this article):
