Description

Add log entries to notify when a new user has connected to a instance of the process manager or controller through a process manager shell or controller shjell

I'm going to assign this to myself since its logging related, and also since me and @PawelPlesniak are working on #888

However, I'd like to get this done until we get the above pull request in so we understand what the architecture is like. Not sure what sprint this is going to be for, so for now I'll put this as 'blocked' and we'lld ecided in the drunc meeting which sprint this can be allocated for

a simple implementation is

'non exposed enpoint for the user'

define an RPC in the PM schema that says 'connect' or 'log' or 'notify' or similar

that runs when you run a PM session shell. Have that as a nonexposed command (so its not exposed as a click shell)
