Steps to Reproduce:

Step 1

Navigate to /testdrive/flags

Step 2

Login as an admin

Step 3

Open Feline Aero page visible on the dashboard

Expected Result

Above the notes there is the Add Flag button visible and active

Actual Result

There is no Add Flag button
