Rewrite wiki for dots v2: add Network monitor, mouse support, missing modules
- Rewrite Home.md for the new Rust-based dots tool
- Add Interactive-TUI docs: Network pane, mouse support, keyboard shortcuts, description bar
- Add CLI-Reference, Configuration, Dependencies, Development, Installation, Managing-Symlinks, Premade-Configs, Profiles, Updating pages
- Add _Sidebar navigation
- Remove legacy pages (bat, brewfile, fzf, tmux, zsh) for old Python-based tool
