Feature: Have a command to bootstrap new tests

Feature description

Rather than relying on existing examples, or reading documentation, I think it'd be pretty sweet having a specific benchi command to bootstrap a new directory structure so it's easier to add new tests.

Example:

benchi init pg-to-kafka --path ./my-tests/
> Creating configuration file in `./my-tests/benchi.yml`
...

We're always happy to see public contributions. We're not actively working on this, so you're welcome to submit a PR, and we'll make sure to review it.

EDIT: One note about the implementation. Currently benchi doesn't take any commands, it's just a binary that always runs the benchmarks. If we introduce a command for bootstrapping new tests, then we also have to introduce a command to run the benchmarks like benchi run. Running just benchi should print the available commands.
