Really happy that TAPAS is still going strong after a decade and multiple cross-country and -continental relocations of us core developers. We are pleased to announce the restructured TAPAS – a collection of software tools designed to support the development of computational assays (Translational Neuromodeling) for clinical applications (Computational Psychiatry, Neurology, and Psychosomatics).
The new structure includes updated and newly added toolboxes, each hosted in its own repository for improved accessibility and maintenance.
