Factor out js in an npm package?

That's a neat idea! We want to keep that code ECMAScript code as simple as reasonable possible, but providing some form of namespacing is appealing, I think.

Awesome. Here's what I'm thinking,

• Add require js exports to existing js code
• Add an index.js file that exposes a simple low level API
• Add a package.json
• Add a few usage examples

Sounds plausible! I don't now how the above will be made to work with Duktape, but I guess that the necessary adaptions (hopefully all basically no-ops) wouldn't be too hard.

The Makefile currently concatenates all of the js/*js files into one file. Then that single file is embedded in C code. Somewhere in there, you might be able to prepare the code for running in Duktape and not Node.
