ISSUE:
Bgenix is a sticking point for downloads – this can be installed using the commands, but some environments are more regulated.
POTENTIAL ENHANCEMENT:
Bgenix is available as a package in anaconda, as is PLINK2. We could add a conda environment, which would encapsulate all the dependencies in one.
CHALLENGE:
There is no package for qctool2 or for ldstore2, so there could not be a single environment.
CONSIDERATIONS:
Is it better to have a partial environment as an option for others to install bgenix (and to a lesser extent PLINK), or does that potentially generate a confusing environment clash where some tools are in conda and some are outside?
