Mitral valve contact <-> MSML sofa

As discussed at the retreat, we should merge the mitral-valve-hiflow contact model with the msml-sofa model.
There for we should try to reuse/adapt the MSML language extension of the msml-sofa model and make sure both exporter can use it.
