Update readme

Hi suggestion to update readme for plebs who have to use a work laptop that is locked to windows:

libsql-experimental 0.0.55
This package is experimental, which means it is not consider to be production grade. Furthermore, the package currently only supports Linux and macOS.

Had to install rust, run as admin and then I looked it up only to find it supports MacOS and Linux - if this was in the readme I would have just used WSL.

Can I also recommend that at this point in your instructions

it should say:

cd ReceiptPrinterAgent

instead of:

cd receipt-printer-tasks
