Does triggering a tool window on the right sidebar, close any tool windows that were opened from the LEFT sidebar?

No, the left will close only on the left side, and the right on the right side, just like it works in Rider.

It would be great if we could remove the cross, keep the minimize option, and have the same behavior as in Rider.
