Description:
When clicking on About or Contact Us links from the homepage footer, the target pages open but load at the bottom, not from the top of the page. This creates a confusing user experience and gives the impression that content is missing or incorrectly displayed.
Steps to Reproduce:
Scroll to the footer on the homepage.
Click on About or Contact Us.
Observe that the page opens scrolled to the bottom instead of the top.
Expected Behavior:
When a new route (About or Contact Us) is visited, the page should automatically scroll to the top, regardless of scroll position on the previous page.
