redefining userprofile, changing the way libraries are loaded

Following 2 commits are on a separate branch.

Mainly changed the batch file so we don't need to make copies to %USERPROFILE% on Windows:

And changed the way we load libraries:

I just wanted some feedback from you guys. Could be a bit late to commit, what with the event going on tomorrow.

I approve of the :use change.

Not sure if the profile change is smart to do at this stage, since it's
potentially very breaking. Did you rename m2, too? (I also sort of dislike
hidden folders on the flash drive on principle, which is why I made m2
instead of .m2)

We can keep discussing in prep. for the next Overtone session, if this one
goes well
