Exception when using Microsoft Fakes shims context

I get this exception:

..and it seems to happen on this line, before any shims are set up:

using (ShimsContext.Create())
{
    ...

Did this work for you in a previous release? Or was this the first time you've tried it?

Don't know. I have this issue in two test methods, and both of them use TestContext.WriteLine, so before I couldn't run Alive on them because of that :/

This is likely a duplicate of /issues/83

I looked into this previously and unfortunately Fakes is going to be a tough one to support. It's not off the table completely though.
