Hi there! Love the app and have been working on some changes in a fork.

I was hoping I could get some clarification on the licensing for this project?

Thanks for reaching out, and I'm really glad to hear you're enjoying the app!

I actually just updated the repository with a LICENSE.md file to clarify things for the project moving forward. It’s set up as a non-commercial license with a specific addendum regarding app store distribution.

Essentially, I am 100% on board with people forking the code, playing around with it, and learning from it. However, to keep the Pebble App Store clean and prevent fragmented, duplicate listings, my main boundary is that I don't want multiple or cloned versions of TouchyWeather published as separate apps in the store.

That being said, I would absolutely love to collaborate! If you have feature ideas, UI improvements, or bug fixes already running in your fork, please feel free to open a Pull Request here. I’d be more than happy to review your changes and merge them directly into the main TouchyWeather listing so the whole community can use them.

Totally understand your choice of license and stance on preventing duplicates/clones.My intention is definitely not to make a clone, more so making a fork for some UI/UX changes. I love the overall design of the app, but wanted button navigation.

I did end up adding a "weather alerts" card that fetches data from the National Weather Service, moved settings over to the Pebble app (and allowed for fixed lat/long coords so no GPS needed, privacy win), and improved upon the data refresh function. I'd be interested in seeing your opinion on moving the settings into the app and maybe allowing for a button-based navigation thru the settings.

I'd be more than happy to open some PRs with some of the changes that I made, hopefully I can help improve the app!
