Add mips targets #154

Linux, LLVM, binutils and Qemu support these targets:

mips
mipsel
mips64
mips64el

I'm sure that they are highly untested and there should be a lot of issues to report for MIPS architecture. I suggest adding these 4 targets to continuous integration.
