Now that we've added a Lidar to the front, the battery is ever so slightly too big. This was partially mitigated by using right angle connectors but the cables still extends out of the radius ~10mm.
There are three options I can see:
- We can increase the radius of the robot slightly as we still have some wiggle room (235mm vs max print of 256mm on most Bambu printers) which will entail tweaking a few other parts to get them sitting correctly.
- We can move the lidar forward slightly as we have about 5-10mm of room. This would mean the lidar is right on the edge and the mount isn't centred on the mounting holes.
- We replace the battery with a smaller one (or one with side facing ports). Something like UGREEN Nexode 67W Power Bank 20000mAh might work but there is no indication what the output is when multiple ports are used.
