Actual Behavior:
You're able to cook on the forester's fire fish when you've not unlocked the raw fish and/or the cooked fish.
Expected Behavior:
You're only able to cook on a fire if you have the raw fish unlocked (possibly only if the cooked fish is also unlocked).
