Tokens are disappearing when you try to delete one character

As you can see in my little screencast, I wanted to delete the colon or the '<' sign of this word "" and the whole word/token disappears.

It seems you can type whatever you want and it will not appear. The moving cursor to the right moves while typing.

Interesting. Life has been unexpectedly rather crazy for me the last few months... what I’m going to do is actually revert to an older version of this project, to bring back some of the content you removed. :) that will bring it back to its original state, then we can start the real work.

I think we can focus on the textmate lexer integration of NetBeans. That will fit. Only problem, it is just usable in NetBeans >= 10 or => 11
