Feature: Sticky footer to product card

Ideally we should have the 'Make offer' and 'Buy now' option sticky to the product card so that a customers have the option to make the purchase at any stage of the user experience of viewing the product.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Buy now and Make offer buttons remain visible while the user scrolls through the product detail page.
• The buttons remain accessible on different screen sizes.
• The behaviour works consistently on Android and iOS.
• The design follows the existing Figma/product card styling.
