If the user has previously installed the app, and signed in using Google sign in, they were asked for a username, which goes into Firestore.
If they then delete the app and reinstall it, signing in through Google again, they are asked to provide a username again, despite the username already being stored in Firestore.
Not a biggie, but could create some friction.
