I have tried installing zoplicate 4.0.0 with the Windows (64-bit) 8.0.3 version of Zotero. However, the result is that I get "Zotero not responding" type of error message once the plugin is installed. The issue is fixed once I manually remove zoplicate. Please advise if there is additional testing I can do for troubleshooting.
