Adoption: report production-like TODS validation feedback safely

Goal

Validate a production-like TODS workflow and report false positives, false
negatives, or unclear findings without publishing sensitive operational data.

Safe participation

You may use:

• a fully synthetic feed,
• an approved public TODS feed, or
• an internal feed whose findings you summarize without attaching rows,
  rosters, employee identifiers, vehicle identifiers, or proprietary files.

Useful feedback

• TODS version and validator version
• Commands and output format used
• Rule IDs that were unclear or appeared incorrect
• A synthetic minimal reproduction where possible
• Whether the suggested fix matched the scheduling workflow

Done when

• At least one end-to-end workflow is described.
• Each suspected rule problem includes a safe reproduction or enough
  specification context for the maintainer to investigate.
• No real agency or employee data is placed in the issue.
• Confirmed rule defects become focused follow-up issues.

This feedback is part of the v1.0 stability gate.
