Point shape was changed from squares to circles

What happened?

The shape of points in point clouds changed from squares to circles in 1.138.

This was caused by the change at #13093 (review), and I'd consider this as a regression.

Reproduction steps

Open https://sandcastle.cesium.com/?id=3d-tiles-point-cloud-shading . Notice the lack of straight lines and general roundness in the point representations.

Somewhat unrelated, but I think that this should indeed be configurable. Having some
pointCloudStyle.shape = PointStyle.CIRCLE; // or SQUARE
could resolve some issues here.

Somewhat unrelated, but I think that this should indeed be configurable. Having some pointCloudStyle.shape = PointStyle.CIRCLE; // or SQUARE could resolve some issues here.

Alternatively, at least for now, we could just make the points be circles only if this glTF extension is detected. They need to be circular to conform to the glTF extension spec.
