I really like your simple SharedTextEditor! I'm on a project where it is really useful to get a live coding editor. Your project is the easiest and simplest way to include the functionals that I need. Is it okay for you, that I use some of your code in my project? It would be helpful for me if you could update the LICENSE file :-).

Hello,
regarding the licensing, I followed an article on www.medium.com where they made a collaborative text editor. I added a few features (room switching) but besides that, everything else is the same as in that tutorial. If you plan to use this commercially you should check in with them but from my part you have my permission.
For the package.json file, I forgot to make one and just installed the modules. I think the only two you need are express and socket.io
