Configuring Effects Length

Can I request for effects to be configured? Like the passive effects of Invisibility Infuse that gives blindness by x number.

We will be introducing more configs related to effects once they are more accurate to the official plugin. For now, I'd like to focus more on getting things working over adding configs.
