Frost effect bugs

I've noticed when using the frost effect there are some bugs first is the speed 3 only works when sprint jumping on ice (i don't know if its designed to only work while sprint jumping) and snow doesn't work either way. The freeze effect never activates (like 1 in 50 hits). That's also a problem with every effect that has that condition.

The hit tracker has a short decay tuming, so that might be part of the issue. It also only registers normal attacks, not spamming. About speed, that's a weird issue, I'll check on it. The powder snow thing I thought was fixed but that's been a really hard thing to figure out anyways so it might just be buggy.

I did some more experimenting and i saw that the fire effect seemed to work every 10 hits with a slight cooldown between hits but the frost version seems to never activate, the regen and health effect also seemed to have various levels of cooldown needed between hits.
some of the strength effect buffs that increase damage on lower health's isn't working.
the emeralds effect of always having lvl 30 enchants doesn't seem to work.
if u do "/trust player" u don't need them to "/trust" them back to ignore the Invis spark
also i wanted to ask what the haste effect buff "half's cooldown of shield when stunned"
