Shiny Interface

We would like to put together the plots we have been making so far in a shiny applet to allow user interaction. The proposed layout as of right now is as follows:

What this involves is:

• A floating input box over the map
• Adjust the size of the tab box and the map box
• Include the navbar on the right to navigate through multiple pages in the app

More action items could be included later.

• Intro tab is empty
• No navbar sidepanel
• Map is mcuh smaller than we would like it to be

• 1. Include station line plots <- put that into page functions
• 2. Only show points that are sampled that year on the map
• 3. Include a fixed "sidebar" (not necessarily sidebarPanel) on the page for plots and whatever other information we would like to include.

Was able to duplicate the layout onto the second page, and am working on the slider inputs
