Weapon chain breaking

When you pick up 2 or more items at the exact same time, the weapon chain breaks and the binds does not work anymore and you cant switch to certain weapons. They also disappear from your weapon bar hud, as shown in the video.

Weapon chain also breaks occasionally when you respawn, same thing - you cant switch to certain binds
